It is not everlasting; it usually can last 3 – 4 months.

What happens during a Botox session?
The face will be sterilized, and botulinum toxin will be inserted inside the facial muscles utilizing a very thin needle.
Based on the area getting injected, it will require injections in various locations. The patient  will be requested to stretch the muscles in his face to assist in determining the optimal location for the injections.
It typically needs about 10 minutes.

you will not notice a difference immediately. It requires around 2 or 3 days to activate and another 2 to 3 weeks to get the maximum benefit.
For three days, do not massage or rub your face. For the next two days, limit excessive exercise, tanning (or sunbeds), and the sauna.
The results typically last 3 to 4 months. If you want to get Botox again, we recommend you wait at least 3 months. If you use it too frequently, the botox efficacy will decrease over time.
