What does the term “hair transplantation operation” mean?
The surgical operation of hair transplantation is done to cure baldness or hair loss. Delicate portions of hair are often extracted from the back of the head and sometimes from the chin and implanted in bald places in the front and top of the head, eyebrow, and the beard.

1- The Donor Area’s Quality
The following are some of the factors that influence the donor area’s quality:
People with light hair or hair that is near in color to their skin tone frequently get the best outcomes.
Hair thickness: People with thicker hair tend to have better results than those with thinner hair. Each hair follicle is better covered with thicker hair.
Hairstyle: (straight or curly)
Hair follicle density at the donor site should be greater than 40 follicles per square centimeter.

Follicular unit extraction (FUE) hair transplantation technique
FUE – or Follicular Unit Extraction – is a technique for recovering fallen or damaged hair by transplantation of healthy follicles from a donor region of the scalp. FUE is a slightly invasive hair regrowth technique that requires experience and accuracy to produce the finest results.

How is FUE hair transplantation technique performed?
Hair follicles are collected from the donor region of persons undergoing hair transplantation using special equipment until an  adequate amount of hair follicles are acquired. The hair follicles are implanted in the transplantation region using the channel opening method. Hair follicles are positioned in the opening channels at the correct angle of the hair. All of these techniques are conducted under local anaesthetic, and the patient feels no pain or discomfort throughout the process.

FUE was supposed to substitute the traditional follicular unit transplantation (FUT) technique.
Because FUE is less probable to result in a “hair plug” appearance, when parts of skin or hair don’t resemble the nearby areas, it has grown more common than FUT. In addition, unlike FUT, it does not create a huge scar.

FUE operation can take anywhere from 2-4 hours.

How long does it take to recover from a hair transplant technique?
FUE hair transplant healing takes roughly 3-5 days.

Will the transplanted hair fall out?
For the first 3 months post the operation, it is typical for a portion of your hair to come out. Recovery can take anywhere from 6 to 12 months. However, once the transplanted follicles have healed, they will start to grow hair and fill in the bald regions on your head.
